Qosmic Co Pty Ltd, trading as IImagined, of 470 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne VIC 3004, Australia, is responsible for the personal information described here. We handle it under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, and we honour the rights described below for visitors from the EU, UK and California.

• Account details: your name, email and sign-in details when you create an account.
• Purchase details: from Whop, your checkout email, what you bought, the amount and order and membership IDs. Whop holds your card and billing details; we never see or store card numbers.
• Course activity: lessons you open and complete, so we can show your progress.
• Messages: emails and support requests you send us.
• Usage data: pages viewed, device, browser and approximate location, through the analytics and cookies listed in our cookie policy.

• to create your account and unlock the courses you bought;
• to send your access key, receipts and service emails;
• to run coaching, the community and support;
• to send our email lessons and guides after you ask for the Starter Kit or create an account, until you unsubscribe;
• to measure and improve the site and our ads;
• to prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that run the service for us:

• Whop: checkout, payments, memberships and community;
• Clerk: sign-in and account security;
• Supabase: our database;
• Resend: email delivery;
• Vercel: hosting and privacy-friendly analytics;
• Google Analytics and Meta: site analytics and ad measurement;
• Discord: the member community, if you join it.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Most of these providers store data outside Australia, mainly in the United States. We use providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable to the Australian Privacy Principles.

When you ask for the Starter Kit or create an account, we send a short email course, about one lesson a day at first, and then guides about once a week. Every one of these emails has a one-click unsubscribe, and using it stops them all. We record whether a marketing email was opened and which of its links were followed, so that we send fewer and more relevant emails. Service emails, such as your access key, receipts and changes to your membership, are part of the service and are sent while you have an account or purchase with us.

We keep account data while you have an active course licence or membership. After that we keep it for 2 years from your last sign-in, then delete or anonymise it. Payment and tax records are kept for 7 years, as Australian tax law requires.

We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; if a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing. If you are in the EU or UK you also have GDPR rights, including objecting to processing and complaining to your local regulator; California residents have CCPA rights, and we do not sell or share data for cross-context advertising. If you have a privacy concern, email anyro@iimagined.ai and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

IImagined is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think we have, email anyro@iimagined.ai and we will delete it.
