iimagined.ai ("we", "our", "us") is the operating-manual platform behind 4 high-ticket programs plus All-Access. We're committed to keeping your data minimal, useful, and never sold.
Information you give us directly: email, name, billing details (handled by Stripe/Polar, never stored on our servers). Usage data via privacy-respecting analytics: Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps + sessions), Vercel Analytics, Facebook Pixel (conversion attribution only).
Authenticate sessions, deliver course access, process payments, send transactional + welcome emails (via Resend), improve the product based on aggregate behavior. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties beyond the explicit subprocessors above.
Session cookies (Clerk) for authentication. Analytics cookies (GA4, Clarity, Pixel) for measurement. You can disable analytics cookies in your browser settings without affecting access.
Request access to your data, correction, deletion, or export at any time. EU/UK users have the standard GDPR rights. California users have the standard CCPA rights. Email anyro@iimagined.ai with the request and we action it within 30 days.
Active accounts: kept while you have an active subscription or course license. Cancelled / inactive accounts: 2 years from last login, then anonymized. Payment records: 7 years (legal/tax compliance).
iimagined.ai is for adults building businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from users under 16. If you believe we have, email anyro@iimagined.ai and we'll remove it.
