Instagram engagement benchmarks, 2026
Measured against followers, a typical brand post on Instagram earns well under 1%: Quid's 2026 report puts the median at 0.30%, and Socialinsider's average for 2025 is 0.48%. Measured against impressions, Buffer's median for September 2026 is 4.3%. Carousels have the highest rate in both studies that publish one for each format. Before you compare your account with any of these numbers, match the formula.

The AI influencer industry in 2026: what is documented
Three things are well documented. Platforms require a label on realistic AI content, and TikTok says it has labelled over 3 billion videos as AI-generated. The EU AI Act's transparency rules became applicable on 2 August 2026, and the US Federal Trade Commission's guides have reached virtual endorsers since 26 July 2023. Audiences are wary: in a Clutch survey of 601 consumers, 45% said they would not knowingly engage with or trust AI influencers. How many AI influencer accounts exist, and what they earn, nobody has measured.

ComfyUI in numbers, 2026
ComfyUI had 137,099 GitHub stars and 159 published releases on 13 October 2026, 57 of them this year. The Comfy Registry lists 5,974 custom node packs. Comfy Org, the company behind it, said in April 2026 that its community spans 4 million users, and announced $30 million in funding at a $500 million valuation. The software is free under GPL-3.0. The paid part is Comfy Cloud, from $20 a month.

n8n and the automation market in numbers, 2026
On 13 October 2026 n8n had 207,095 GitHub stars, about 270.8 million Docker pulls and 2,368 listed integrations. The company says it has raised $240 million, was valued at $5.2 billion in May 2026, and counts more than 1,400 enterprise customers and 1.7 million monthly active developers and builders. Cloud plans start at €20 a month billed annually, and the self-hosted Community edition is free to use for internal business purposes. Estimates of the wider workflow automation market differ by a factor of two.
