Terms of service.

These terms are an agreement between you and Qosmic Co Pty Ltd, trading as IImagined (“IImagined”, “we”, “us”), of 470 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne VIC 3004, Australia. They cover iimagined.ai, our courses, the All-Access membership, live coaching and our community spaces on Whop and Discord.

By using iimagined.ai or buying from us you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our refund policy. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase.

Give accurate details, keep your login secure and use the account yourself. An account and its access are for one person. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Payments are processed by Whop, which handles checkout, receipts and your billing details. Whop's own terms also apply to the payment. Prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise, and taxes or currency conversion may apply at checkout.

All-Access is the only thing sold on iimagined.ai; the programs are not sold separately. Your purchase also creates a Whop membership under your checkout email, which holds your receipts and community access.

All-Access costs $99 a month or $890 a year and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel any time from your Whop account at whop.com or by emailing anyro@iimagined.ai. Your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. If we change the price, we will tell you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.

Your first All-Access payment is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Reply to the welcome email with the word "refund" within 30 days of purchase to request it. The details are in our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to watch, read and use the course material for your own learning and your own projects. You may use the templates, checklists and spreadsheets in your own work.

You may not:

• share your login or give others access to the material;
• copy, record, republish, resell or white-label lessons or resources;
• scrape the site or use the material to build a competing product or train an AI model.

All-Access includes weekly live coaching and our member community on Whop and Discord. Be respectful: no harassment, spam, scams or unrelated self-promotion. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules. Coaching times can change; we will announce changes in the community.

Our courses are general education. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax or professional advice, and they do not take your personal situation into account. We do not guarantee followers, income, sales or any other result; your outcome depends on your own work, market and circumstances.

Trading futures and other leveraged products carries a high risk of loss, and you can lose more than you put in. Futures Trading Mastery is educational only. Consider getting independent advice before you trade.

Lessons cover platforms we do not control, including Instagram, TikTok, X, Fanvue, Stripe, Whop and Discord. Their rules and features change, and you are responsible for following them. We are not responsible for action a platform takes on your account.

All curriculum, videos, text, templates, prompts and code on iimagined.ai belong to us or our licensors. You keep ownership of anything you create using what you learn.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms excludes them.

Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to resupplying the service or refunding what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.

You can stop using IImagined at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, for example by sharing your login or reselling material. Where the law requires, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and email you about material changes. Changes do not affect purchases you made before they took effect, unless the law allows it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep any protections your local law gives you.
