We can see lesson completion logs. The 14-day window applies to operators who have engaged with less than 20% of a program's content. This stops binge-and-refund abuse while keeping the guarantee real for genuine customers. If you're past 20%, write us anyway — we still review on case-by-case.
Cancel any time from the dashboard or via anyro@iimagined.ai. After cancellation you keep downloaded workbooks; live cohort access, Discord, and new modules stop at the end of your billing period. You can re-subscribe any time at the then-current rate.
Refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (this is your card-issuer's window, not ours). Crypto orders refund to the original wallet address.
Operators ship. We'd rather you walk than feel stuck. If the program doesn't pay you back in the first 14 days, it probably wasn't the right wedge — we'd rather refund and stay friends than churn you later.
