74% of production AI image creators use ComfyUI as primary tool (vs 23% on Automatic1111). Flux dev is now the dominant model at 68%, up from 22% in 2024 — SDXL/SD3 fell to 22%. 52% train custom LoRAs for face consistency. RTX 4090 is the most common GPU, with 17% running cloud-only on RunPod or Vast.ai.
Data is from the IImagined.ai 2026 ComfyUI creator survey (n=312 active production users), supplemented by public CivitAI workflow library counts, Google Trends, DataForSEO search-volume data, and RunPod cloud GPU pricing. Production users defined as creators who publish work + earn revenue from ComfyUI output (excluding pure hobbyists).
