Human UGC comparison
Freelance UGC typically runs $80–$200 per video.
Your effective human rate: $187.50 per video.
Cost per video, ranked
| Stack | Cost / video | Monthly | Incl. |
|---|---|---|---|
| Creatify (selected) | $3.90 | $117.00 | 10 |
| Custom | $10.00 | $300.00 | 10 |
| Arcads | $11.00 | $330.00 | 10 |
| MakeUGC | $11.80 | $354.00 | 5 |
| Human UGC | $187.50 | $5,625.00 | — |
Creatify includes ~10 videos/mo — your 30 means 20 overage videos priced at the plan's effective $3.90/video. Check the vendor's higher tier; real overage is usually cheaper.

How the math works
Videos included = Credits per month / Credits per video Cost per video = Monthly price / Videos included AI monthly = Monthly price + (volume - included) x cost per video Human monthly = Volume x creator rate x revision multiplier Break-even = Smallest volume where AI monthly < human monthly
Overage videos are priced at the plan's own effective per-video rate, which is usually worse than the vendor's next tier up — so treat overage totals as an upper bound. Unused credits are the opposite problem: a pack bills monthly whether you render or not, which is why cost per video at low volume looks worse than the vendor's headline number.
Preset assumptions (checked October 2026)
| Stack | Assumptions |
|---|---|
| Arcads | $110/mo, ~8,000 credits, ~800 per minute-long video = ~10 videos. Third-party reviews only — Arcads has no public pricing page. |
| Creatify | $39/mo Starter, 100 credits, ~10 per 30-second video = ~10 videos (creatify.ai/pricing). |
| MakeUGC | $59/mo Startup, 500 credits, ~100 per video = ~5 videos (makeugc.ai; its pages have shown different tables, so verify at checkout). |
| Human UGC | $80–$200 per video typical freelance range; default $150 with a x1.25 revision multiplier. |

FAQ
How are the AI tool costs calculated?
Each plan is a monthly pack: cost per video = monthly price / videos included, where videos included = credits / credits per video. If your volume exceeds the included videos, the extra videos are priced at the plan's effective per-video rate and shown as overage — most vendors sell larger packs at a lower rate, so treat overage as an upper bound and check their higher tiers.
Where do the preset prices come from?
Vendor pricing pages and third-party pricing reviews, checked October 2026: Creatify Starter $39/mo (100 credits), MakeUGC Startup $59/mo (500 credits), Arcads Starter reported at $110/mo (~8,000 credits — Arcads has no public pricing page). Every field is editable, so set your actual plan.
What human UGC rate should I use?
Freelance UGC creators commonly charge $80–$200 per video depending on experience, usage rights and revisions. The default $150 is a mid-range assumption — use a real quote if you have one. The revision multiplier adds 25% or 50% per video to model extra rounds.
What is break-even volume?
The smallest monthly volume where your selected AI stack costs less than human UGC at your rate. At a $39/mo plan against a $150/video creator, AI is cheaper from the first video; against a cheap creator rate, break-even can sit higher.
Does cheaper per video mean better ads?
No. Cost per video only tells you what testing volume you can afford. A $4 ad nobody watches costs more than a $150 human ad that converts — the point of AI UGC is making failed experiments cheap enough to run many of them.
Are these tools good for my use case?
That depends on your offer and audience more than on price. AI UGC works best for high-volume hook and angle testing on paid social; human creators still win on trust and real product interaction. The full breakdown is in the AI UGC ads guide.
