JustForFans, at JustFor.Fans and often shortened to JFF, is an adult subscription site where fans pay creators for content, run by JFF Publications, LLC in Florida. It is for adults aged 18 or over, it does not offer refunds, and its public pages set out its content and AI rules but not the fee it takes from creators or how it pays them. Below: who runs it, what it allows, what it does and does not publish about money, its age and consent checks, its AI terms, and how it compares with Fanvue and OnlyFans.
Checked 13 October 2026 against JustForFans' own public pages: its home page, its legal documents page, which holds the Terms of Use (effective 2/14/18, last updated 10/6/26), Privacy Policy (2024), Publishing Rules (2024), Prohibited Content (2024), 2257 Disclosure (2024), Safety (2026) and Complaints Policy (2026), plus its sign-in page, creator registration page and charitable giving page. We did not sign in or open an account, so anything shown only to registered creators is outside this article. This is a review of what JustForFans publishes, not a payout test or a security audit.
JustForFans hosts adult content, so this page is for adults and stays on business, policy and mechanics. I run a creator management agency, so subscription platforms are my daily work, but every fact below comes from the pages linked above and not from that work.

What is JustForFans, and who runs it?
The site's Terms of Use are issued by "JFF Publications, LLC", which shortens its own name to J4F. Its 2257 Disclosure gives the company's records address as 2742 NE 8th Ave, Wilton Manors, Florida, and the terms are governed by Florida law with venue in Fort Lauderdale. The Privacy Policy names a data protection officer and a support address.
JustForFans is a subscription platform. Its terms call creators "Publishers" and describe the relationship in one line: the company provides "a platform for them to self-publish and collect subscription fees". Publishers are not its agents or employees. The public menu also lists live shows, a store, free previews, a sales page, studios and photographers, artists and events.
- Confirm you are 18 or older. Some U.S. states add an age verification step
- Register as a fan with an email, or sign in with a passkey
- Subscribe to a creator. The payment renews until you cancel
- Prices are in US dollars. Local amounts are estimates
- No refunds. Raise content problems with the creator
- Flag content you think breaks the rules
- Register as a Publisher. The sign-in page routes creators through X
- Confirm you are 18 or older and accept the terms and policies
- Document the age and consent of everyone in your content
- Expect automated review before content is published
- Sell subscriptions, and items in the store
- Ask support for the fee and payout terms, which are not public
Two smaller things are visible without an account. JustForFans runs a charitable giving program in which a creator can send a chosen percentage of their income to a listed charity, and a profile shows that percentage. It also holds a creator conference.
Does JustForFans allow adult content?
Yes. Its Privacy Policy says: "This site is intended for ADULTS ONLY." Its 2257 Disclosure says: "All models appearing on this Website are required to be 18 or older when the content was created." So JustForFans is an 18+ adult platform, in the same group as Fanvue, OnlyFans and Fansly, and unlike Fanfix, which is 18+ but safe-for-work.
It is not unrestricted. A Prohibited Content page lists what cannot be published, and explains where the list comes from: "All of these rules come from either our credit card processors or the federal government. We have not put any restrictions on content in place just because we felt like it." This article does not reproduce the list. A creator should read it on the site before publishing anything.
JustForFans fees: what it publishes, and what it does not
This is where JustForFans differs most from the other platforms in this series. Fanvue, OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanfix each state their fee in public terms. JustForFans does not. On 13 October 2026 its Terms of Use, Publishing Rules and creator registration page gave no percentage for what a creator keeps.
- Subscriptions are recurring and renew until cancelled
- There are no refunds
- Publishers pay their own taxes and regulatory costs
- Referring a new model can earn 5% of that model's net subscription earnings for at least one year
- Store items must be new where they are undergarments
- All prices are in US dollars
- The share of a sale a creator keeps
- The subscription price range a creator can set
- Payout methods
- The minimum payout
- How long a sale is held before it can be paid
- What is deducted after a chargeback
Other sites quote percentages for JustForFans. Those figures conflict with each other and none of them is on a page JustForFans publishes, so this article leaves them out. If you are deciding whether to publish there, ask its support team for the fee and payout terms in writing. On most platforms, single paid items work as pay-per-view; JustForFans' public pages do not set out how its own paid messages or single sales are priced.
How and when JustForFans pays out
Not published on its public pages. The Terms of Use cover how fans are billed, not how publishers are paid. The only payout-related statements we found are that publishers must pay all taxes that result from their activity, and that a publisher "may not remove all/most of your content while you still have subscribers, as this will lead to chargebacks". Treat any payout schedule you read elsewhere as unverified until JustForFans confirms it to you.
The rules a creator agrees to
Opening a Publisher account means accepting the Terms of Use and the Publishing Rules. The parts with business consequences are below.
| Area | What JustForFans publishes |
|---|---|
| Who appears in content | Everyone must be over 18 and consenting, documented in the consent center. That includes people in the background or speaking off camera |
| Review before publishing | Automated systems review content. Anything flagged is not published and goes to the team |
| Money outside the platform | Publishers may not request or send money to a subscriber except through subscription or store sales |
| Removing content | A publisher may not remove all or most content while they still have subscribers |
| Banned words | A published list of terms cannot appear in posts, bios, product names or private messages. It includes the names of some rival sites |
| Breaking the rules | Non-compliant content is removed. Content suggesting a breach of law ends the account, with a ban on opening new ones |
| Taxes | Publishers pay all taxes, fees or regulatory costs from their activity on the site |
The banned words rule is unusual. The list covers posts, biographies, product names and private messages, and it includes "onlyfans" and the names of other sites. A creator who promotes several platforms cannot name the others there.
Identity, age and consent checks
For fans, the terms say: "By accessing the website, you declare under penalty of perjury that you are 18 or older." They add that if your IP address shows you are in "certain states that require it, you will need to complete additional age-verification steps". The states are not listed on the page.
For creators, the public pages say less than the other platforms in this series. The registration form asks for a username, an email address and a password, and for confirmation that the applicant is 18 or older. The terms say publishers must "provide specific information required by J4F" and may have to accept additional terms before acceptance. What identity documents that involves is not published on the pages read.
- You have the fee and payout terms from support in writing
- Everyone in your content is over 18, and their consent is documented in the consent center
- You have read the Prohibited Content page and the banned words list in full
- Your posts, bio and messages do not name another subscription site
- You keep your own age and consent records, as the Publishing Rules require
- You understand that fans cannot get a refund from the platform

The terms also carry a notice in capitals that the company does not run criminal background checks on any subscriber or publisher.
JustForFans AI rules
JustForFans has no single AI policy page. Three statements across its legal documents cover AI.
- Realistic AI video is prohibited. The Prohibited Content page, marked last updated 2024, lists: "AI videos simulating any realistic persons, fictional or real".
- Site content cannot train AI. The Terms of Use, last updated 10/6/26, say you may not use any content on the site, "including photographs, videos, AI-generated images, text, and any person's likeness", to train or develop an AI model without written permission from the company and from each person depicted. The stated liquidated damages are $25,000.
- Fans may be talking to AI. The disclaimer says some publishers "may use agents, representatives, or artificial intelligence to communicate or otherwise interact with subscribers on their behalf".
What is missing matters as much. The pages read do not say whether an account built on AI-generated still images is accepted, how such an account would be labelled, or how its owner would be verified. The phrase "AI-generated images" appears only in the training ban. With no published rule, do not assume an AI persona is welcome: ask before building one for this site. The rule that every person in content is over 18, consenting and documented is written for real people, and a persona should in any case be a fictional adult, never a real person's face, name or likeness without written permission, and disclosed as AI.
Platforms that do publish an AI rule are compared in which platforms allow AI adult content. The law is covered in is AI adult content legal, and the OnlyFans position in can you use AI on OnlyFans.
What JustForFans costs fans, and how to cancel
Each creator has their own subscription price, shown in US dollars, and the site says local currency amounts are approximate estimates. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges "unless and until You notify us that You wish to cancel such recurring payments". The step-by-step cancellation route sits inside the account and is not described on the public pages, so check your account settings and keep a record of the date you cancel.
There are no refunds: "We do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with the content you have subscribed to, please inform the content creator." For a technical error, the terms say the site will work with you to resolve it. Account sharing is banned, and copying or scraping the site is prohibited.

Who JustForFans suits, and who it does not
- You need the fee and payout terms in public writing before you sign up
- Your plan is realistic AI-generated video
- You want a published rule that accepts an AI persona
- You name your other subscription pages in your posts or bio
- You are a fan who wants a refund policy
- You are an adult creator who appears in your own content
- You can document the age and consent of everyone you film
- You want live shows and a store next to subscriptions
- You are willing to get the money terms from support first
- You want to route part of your income to a charity
A platform with unpublished money terms is not a bad platform, but it asks you to do one more step before you can compare it. Do that step first.
